Boatshed London are delighted to offer this 65ft Viking Wide Beam for sale with London residential mooring at Limehouse Basin, E14.

Built in 2014 by the current owner, Vikings have a fantastic reputation for being well built inside and out and this one is no different. Entering into the galley from the stern, the main living area of this boat is huge with space for a large sofa and study area too.

The walkthrough bathroom has a full sized bath and electric heads. There is also loads of storage as there is throughout the boat. The master cabin has an enormous walk in wardrobe and fantastic views out across the marina. The boat has an excellent position on 'F Pontoon' and the sight of open water out in front of the boat makes it a nice place to wake up in.

The boat is sold with a transferable residential mooring at Limehouse Basin (7.5% transfer fee). Current mooring fees are £10,271 per annum. This will increase to roughly £11,750 per annum in 2021. The marina has excellent transport links and there is onsite laundry and pump out for residents.
