The first thing to mention is that this boat comes with a full residential mooring in a quiet, secure and very pleasant marina, approved by the local council. Rent is paid till Spring 2011.
The owners designed and commissioned it in 2007 and have fiitted all mod cons, making it a spacious and comfortable all year round liveaboard, ready to cruise if desired.
It is for sale due relocation of owners and is being sold fully fitted with all furniture, appliances and household contents.
