A nice little pocket cruiser. She has been little used, and has been laid-up ashore for the past 4 years unfortunately owner just hasn't had time to use her. Slight evidence of window and hatch leak but this will be professionally rectified. Aluminium rig compared to some of these models are wooden. Hull is in not too bad condition but there are some marks and probably due a polish! Teak deck appeared to be in good condition.
