This 1994 Island Packet 40 is sitting in the Caribbean, having sailed with her owners from Maine to Grenada over the last 15 years. Her owners are now looking to downsize their yacht and are hoping a new family will continue cruising their well loved boat.

Owning this yacht, will be like owning a part of sailing history. Her original owner was Edward Heath, the former UK Prime Minister. The current owner has brought her back to her original state (or close to it) as when he purchased her she was in storage for almost ten years and in need of a refit.
She is currently being used as a charter boat (daily cruises) in Greece, and you can read more about this classic yacht, HERE.
This barge was ordered as a sail-away by her current owner. They designed and built the interior under the supervision of a renowned barge surveyor. Practical (access panels to junction boxes and pipe work), comfortable and convivial with its unusual wheelhouse saloon opening right onto the aft deck, which is a great option for anyone fed up of spending their time standing on their own at the back of a boat!
