Jump aboard and work with Boatshed - Worldwide opportunities available
Boatshed the World’s Largest Yacht Broker’s are looking for enthusiastic people to join our team.
Boatshed has been in business since 1998 and with over 60 locations across the world, looking after 700,000 registered customers and selling over 1000 boats per year; we believe that we can offer a fantastic opportunity to earn uncapped commission to the right candidates.
Whether you are thinking about becoming a broker full or part time; or incorporating Boatshed around your current job or business, we would be interested in hearing from you.
About you...
you'll be passionate about boats, and able to comfortably chat to yacht owners about their pride and joy. You may have a background in customer service or sales, or you could be looking for a complete change of career. You may also be interested in working as a broker alongside your existing job or business.
Happy with up to date technology, you’ll be trained on how to list a boat with Boatshed, so if you are new to brokerage or moving to Boatshed from another brokerage we will ensure you are fully trained.
You’ll be self disciplined and comfortable working on your own, searching for and pursuing every opportunity to make sure that your role as a member of Boatshed’s Central Sales Team is a profitable one for both parties.
About the role...
Whilst we can’t tell you what everyday will be like as each can be so varied, a few of the tasks you’ll be undertaking will include;
- Finding listings (boats to sell),
- Photographing and videoing boats,
- Liaising with owners and prospective purchasers,
- Accompanying viewings,
- Accompanying surveys and sea trials,
- Handling enquiries.
Boatshed HQ offer ongoing support, guidance, regular training sessions and an annual conference.
