SAIL BOATS
Westerly Corsair
When Paul met with the owner onboard he made the following observations: I can confirm that for a boat of just under 36’ the room below is incredibly spacious. And I doubt that many 36 footers have a full stand up workshop (with light and window) in the cockpit locker providing ample stowage for all those bulky items plus a work bench! Please note that my photos do not include the cushions and upholstery as the owner has thoughtfully removed them all for safe and dry winter storage. Above decks the treadmaster decking is generally in pretty good shape, the topsides in remarkably good condition for the age of the boat and really all she might need is some minor cosmetic work down below – the headlinings are in good shape apart from those in a couple of lockers (easily fixed). In summary this is one heck of a lot of comfortable, spacious boat with a good track record.

Bavaria 30
This boat is a very cared for first yacht the owner has enjoyed sailing her and has maintained her on a regular annual basis. This cruiser can also be perfect for a small family with 2 generous sized double cabins and 2 singles in the saloon. The interior is finished in a warming mid to light coloured wood with all the comforts required when berthed.
New anti-foul and maintenance April 2013 she is all ready to rock up and sail.

Marcon 34 Centre Cockpit
This Marcon 34 is a centre cockpit design with a separate owner’s cabin aft accessed through a second companionway behind the steering wheel. The aft cabin incorporates the navigation area, with a huge space available for charts. Accessing the saloon through the main companionway, there is an L-shaped galley to port and heads to starboard. This particular vessel has been fitted with roller-boom reefing and both the main and foresail look very crisp and fresh. If you otherwise like the boat but have objections to roller boom reefing, then the original boom and mainsail are available for re-conversion. There is a cockpit tent that provides excellent additional accommodation when at harbour in inclement weather. This is a solidly built cruiser with a good reputation for speed and sea-kindliness. It has been in the current ownership for 20 years and is only now available because of the owner’s reluctant retirement from sailing.

MOTOR BOATS
Camano Trawler 31
The Camano 31 is very well designed and constructed to provide an ideal small trawler for Pacific Northwest boating -- it'll keep you dry and safe and comfortable even in tough conditions. This particular Camano 31 is a very nice example of the Camano 31 line that has satisfied many happy long-term owners, with many custom features and a history of evident good care. Owners I have encountered rave about the ease of operation, economy of ownership, and how easily the Camano's are put away after a journey...

Steel liveaboard
A lovely little tug hull with a character conversion by the present owner. Two galleys mean that the French cuisine gourmets amongst you are well catered for even when you can’t decide on the “menu de jour”.
