OceanLED expands reach in Hong Kong through Eastern Marine partnership
OceanLED, a manufacturer of underwater lighting and control systems, has announced an expanded distribution agreement with Eastern Marine, a distributor of marine equipment in Hong Kong.
The partnership, which began on Friday, 21 February, designates Eastern Marine as the exclusive distributor of OceanLED’s range of underwater lights, controllers, underwater cameras and marine lighting in the region.
The agreement is aimed at improving the availability of OceanLED’s products to OEMs, refit yards, local boat dealers, and retail customers throughout Hong Kong. This move seeks to make the firm’s technologies more accessible to marine businesses in the area.
Daniele Todara, managing director and CEO at OceanLED, says: “We are excited to expand our partnership with Eastern Marine as our exclusive representative and distributor within Hong Kong. This agreement will both streamline the purchasing process and enhance in-country support for all our customers in the region.”
Ken Wei, sales and marketing director of Eastern Marine, adds: “Thanks to the great support from OceanLED, which has enabled us to achieve remarkable success in the Chinese yacht market. We are confident that this strong partnership will extend to the Hong Kong market, bringing more innovative and high-quality products from OceanLED along with our technical and sales service to customers in Hong Kong.”
The expanded distribution agreement is expected to promote growth and support ongoing product development, building upon OceanLED’s position in the region.
