Three men on a dock in front of a boat. This is the top team with Shock WBV

Shock WBV has begun a strategic partnership with Loki Dynamics (marine equipment sales).

Loki Dynamics is now the global sales agent for all WBV products and services and Andrew Hughes, MD of Loki Dynamics (above centre), also becomes business development director at WBV.

Dan Henderson (above right), MD of Shock WBV’s parent company, Sea Sure, says that appointing Loki Dynamics as the global sales conduit for WBV not only strengthens the latter’s commercial reach, but also allows the WBV team to concentrate on the design, manufacturing, and assembly of products at the Hampshire, UK facility. The plan is to introduce new product lines and deliver fully integrated systems for boat builders and end users.

WBV has been busily creating shock mitigation systems since 2018 and developed seat inserts in 2019, and its parent company had to upscale in 2020 to keep pace with demand. The partnership will make use of Loki Dynamics’ sales and marketing expertise.

And then, beyond the maritime sector, WBV and Loki Dynamics will also expand into land-based transportation. That means introducing the former’s shock mitigation technologies to support the growing demand for safer and more comfortable transport solutions.

“This collaboration enables Shock WBV to take a leading role in shock mitigation, both at sea and on land,” says Graham Brown, MD Shock WBV (pictured above left).

“With Loki Dynamics’ industry focus and expertise, we can better serve our existing and future customers by delivering tailored solutions to meet their specific needs.”
