Sneak Preview - Augusts Boat Auction Catalogue
August's boat Auction has some cracking boats with attractive reserves. Don't forget that if you're the winning bidder and you have reached the reserve, the next stage is a 10% deposit which secures your boat for a set time to perform your checks such as engine test, survey, etc. (We'd always recommend that you have a survey for any boat)
The catalogue goes live 30 days before the bidding starts on 28th August at 09.00. Auction closes on Tuesday 1st Sept at 19.00, UNLESS you place a bid within 10 minutes of the auction close, this will extend the bidding for another 15 minutes, so be ready.
They don't build boats like this any more, do they? This Fairline 40 Flybridge is your castle on the water. If you're just looking for a two bedroom house with a difference, then this could fit the bill, student accommodation, or just your luxury pad in the middle of town (where there's water of course) This has two bathrooms, a galley instead of a kitchen, but would be more than adequate at a fraction of the price that you can buy a two bedroomed house for. Winterise the engines, if you plan not to leave your berth and enjoy this cost effective accommodation!
