Antony Sheriff, former executive chairman of Princess Yachts, has joined Sunseeker International as a non-executive advisory board member. Sheriff, who guided Princess from 2016 to 2023, departed following its acquisition by KPS Partners.

Sheriff brings deep industry expertise having served as CEO of McLaren Automotive prior to taking the role at Princess. He held leadership positions with Aston Martin and Pininfarina and is also currently chairman of the supervisory board of the Rimac Group and Bugatti Rimac.

Sheriff announced the news on his LinkedIn, posting: “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Member of Board of Directors at Sunseeker International Ltd!”

In August 2023, Princess Yachts named Will Green as its new CEO, succeeding Sheriff in the position. Green, who has been with Princess Yachts for over 20 years, had served as Princess’s executive director, commercial.

Sheriff will be joining the board of Sunseeker International Holdings Ltd, which includes Sunseeker’s CEO Andrea Frabetti, former Ferretti executives Giancarlo Galeone and Augusto Balestra, Faro Alternative Investments’ founding partner Mario Gardini, and Lionheart Capital owner Ophir Sternberg. Sunseeker was recently acquired by a consortium led by Lionheart Capital, Orienta Capital Partners, and Faro Alternative Investments.
