Wescom hires head of sales for electronics
Survival solutions manufacturer Wescom Group has appointed David Mossman as its head of sales for electronics.
Mossman brings over 20 years of experience to the Wescom Group and has worked at Marlow Ropes for the past eight years.
“Joining Wescom Group is a huge privilege,” says Mossman. “I am passionate about the importance of safety products and look forward to working with the team to develop further the sMRT and Eflare brands, including the sMRT ALERT and sMRT V300 Class M compliant man overboard devices.”
Mossman initially worked in UK retail before leading EU distribution. He also has experience as a yacht skipper and sailing coach.
The Wescom Group says Mossman’s role will include developing international sales working with Wescom’s network of distributors. His electronics technology focus will be with Wescom Group’s Eflare range of hazard safety lights and the sMRT marine distress beacons.
